Production before dispatch
Many Aarambh 3D pieces are made to order. Production begins after the order, payment, specifications, and any required custom approval are confirmed.
The production estimate depends on size, geometry, material, finishing, quantity, and current studio workload. Complex prints can require a restart. The relevant estimate should be shown with a standard product or confirmed as part of a custom brief.
Where we deliver
Aarambh 3D currently delivers within India. Serviceability for a particular postcode depends on available carriers and may be checked before an order is accepted.
International delivery is not currently part of the standard storefront. Do not place an order using a forwarding address without first understanding who will be responsible after the parcel reaches that address.
Shipping charges
Any delivery charge is shown during checkout or included in a confirmed custom quotation before payment. It can vary with destination, parcel size, weight, declared value, handling needs, and the selected service.
Promotional shipping offers, where available, apply only under the conditions displayed with that offer.
Addresses and changes
Provide a complete name, mobile number, postcode, street address, landmark where useful, city, and state. Review the address carefully before confirming the order.
Ask for an address change as early as possible. A change cannot be guaranteed after the shipping label is created or the parcel is handed to the carrier. Re-routing or repeat-delivery charges may apply where the carrier charges them.
Dispatch and tracking
When tracked delivery is used, the available tracking details are shared after dispatch. The first carrier scan can take time to appear after handover.
Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and can occasionally be delayed or incomplete. A dispatch message means the parcel has left or is leaving the studio; it does not change the carrier’s delivery estimate into a guarantee.
Delays and unsuccessful delivery
Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates. Weather, transport disruption, public restrictions, peak periods, remote-area service, and other events outside the studio’s control can affect them.
Follow the carrier instructions for an attempted delivery. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful, or the parcel was not collected, the actual cost of sending it again may need to be paid before re-dispatch.
Damage, loss, or an incorrect parcel
Inspect the package soon after delivery. If it appears damaged, keep the outer packaging, inner protection, label, and item. Take clear photographs or an uncut unpacking video that shows the condition of the parcel and piece.
Report the issue promptly through the available order contact. The studio may need the evidence to assess a repair, replacement, refund, or carrier claim. Do not discard the item or packaging until the review is complete.
A date is not guaranteed by a delivery estimate
If a piece is needed for a fixed event, share the date before ordering. The studio can explain whether the production and delivery plan appears realistic, but carrier delays can still occur after dispatch.
